In 1977, he added a fifth stage. Below, we\u2019ll look at the various stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forming stage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As the name suggests, this is the stage where a team is formed.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team members meet for the first time and start working together. They also must make sure that each team member is clear on their roles and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storming stage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The team has now passed its honeymoon stage.
