Ironhack<\/a> is an established coding bootcamp with nine locations across the globe\u2014Miami being one of them. Ironhack planted its roots in Miami in 2017, and since then Ironhack alumni and instructors alike have gone onto leadership positions to lead the Florida tech community. When making this decision, Ironhack knew that Miami would be an ideal location for various reasons. Just how big of a tech hub is Miami? According to Crunchbase<\/a>, Miami-based venture-backed companies raised $972 million in 2020 alone. With Silicon Valley hinting at potential relocation to Miami<\/a> and a warm welcome by Mayor Francis Suarez, it is safe to assume that the scene is only going to grow bigger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January 2021, Ironhack raised its Series B of $20 million<\/a>, which was led by Lumos Capital and supported by numerous investors, including Creas and Brighteye. This new development, Ironhack says, intends to use this latest capital to \u201cexpand corporate training and development programs for enterprises\u201d and to remain a first-choice partner in bridging the gaps that exist in the realm of tech skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As companies open up new offices and more job opportunities are created, the advantages of having tech skills are becoming more apparent to a lot of people. This is where Ironhack comes into the picture. Its Miami campus is offering three comprehensive courses tailored to three different career tracks: Web Development, UX\/UI Design, and Data Analysis. Ironhack has been a massive talent provider for numerous companies throughout Southern Florida, with graduates filling in various positions across local sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
