Include the reported average salary for the position based on sources, usually in an estimated range. For example: \u201cThe salary range for this profession is $17-$25, which sounds good to me. I am, however, am willing to negotiate.\u201d Adding the part about negotiating is key in portraying yourself as flexible. So in order to answer this completely, you need to do some research. Find out what the company goals or struggles are and see where you can fit in. How can you be the puzzle pieces necessary to fill the gaps? Be specific in the company\u2019s needs and in what skills you can provide.
