XYZ is a small E-commerce Corp which is expanding its business in electronic product selling. CEO is planning to double its revenue in next 2 years, and management had set a goal to increase revenue by 50% in 1 year. However, current marketing strategy is outdated, and it may not help the firm meet its sales goal. Management is going to adjust marketing strategy to maximize the likelihood of customer buying. This project is going to analyze 2019’s sales data to find out financial picture of 2020 and the potential opportunity and improve marketing strategy. I used Power BI and excel to explore the data and visualize them. Also, I add insights to help management make business decision.
