With this project I was tasked with doing research on what some pain points are for people when they are shopping in a grocery store. My target audience to use for this study were people that are ages 25+. I pick that age reach because I feel that more people around the are of 25 would be more tech savvy and would be more likely to shop using a mobile app. Using some screening question, I found 6 people that would be great subjects for this case study. I'll then interview the 5 people selected from the screening question to collect the information I needed to create and design a grocery app that will help solve a common user issue.
