Customer turnover, or churn rate, is the percentage of an organization’s customer base lost during a given period of time, usually a month or annual basis. A bad churn rate can be very damaging to revenue and profitability. The goal of this project is to predict customer churn in a Telecommunication company. I have explored 8 predictive analytic models to assess customers’ propensity or risk to churn.
