The CPCO Complete Training Package prepares students for the Certified Professional Compliance Officer exam, covering healthcare compliance program development and management. It is delivered online. List price is $2,114.95 as of August 2026, with three package tiers available at higher list prices. AAPC was running a promotional rate of $1,195 through August 31, 2026, and members receive additional discounts. AAPC strongly recommends a minimum of two years of healthcare experience before enrolling.

The online CPC Certification Exam Review is a distance-learning refresher for students who already know medical coding and are preparing to sit the CPC exam. List price is $349 as of August 2026, or $249 for AAPC members. Optional practice-exam bundles can be added for $209.85 each ($79.95 for members). The exam voucher is not included and is purchased separately at $425 for one attempt or $499 for two. AAPC states explicitly that this review does not teach coding and is not intended for beginners.
