About Queens Tech Academy

Queens Tech Academy offers 12-week part-time bootcamps in web and iOS mobile development in New York. Their web design and development curriculum is designed to teach a foundation of evergreen web technologies that are the basis behind every site on the web, covering HTML and CSS to create web pages, and later JavaScript and jQuery to create interactions with those pages. Their Mobile Development curriculum teaches the fundamentals to computer science (algorithms and data structures) before diving into the Swift programming language and Xcode, the tool for building iOS and OS X apps. Good question. They are very different so I would recommend doing prep courses for both to try it out. However, then decide which specialty you're most interested in and go for those technical interviews. In preparation, definitely complete the prep course.
