I can't say enough about this class. I really enjoyed learning from the Professors and found the curriculum to be relevant and in some cases ahead of the curve. If you want to understand Agile Project Management and have fun doing it, then this program is for you.
Pros
I like the class schedule and how it was structured. And that I can go back and watch the modules again if needed.
Cons
I found no cons with this class, for me, meeting early in the morning isn't a problem, but I could see the time zone difference for students outside the United States, could be an issue.

Starting with a strong foot on any field is hard to do, this course set me in the right direction. Regardless of your level of proficiency in Math and Code, these classes put it together for me, reviewing real-life examples, absorbing the experience directly from the instructors who have field experience is very powerful, and I was able to use my new skills to find a good job in the field. I highly recommend this class to anyone embarking on the Data Science journey.
Pros
- Top-notch presenters, guests, and instructors - Learn at your own pace, but with a deadline! - Real-life examples - Everything you need is provided to you - Office hours to support your progress or catching up if you fall behind
Cons
- I'd have preferred more exercises and labs to test my knowledge, each unit has a lab, but more challenges could have been good, maybe as extra material, to "take-home"? - Time flies, the units go fast. This is not a con, but more like...

From relationships with external partners and customers to internal operations, digital technologies have changed how information is transmitted and processed. Consequently, every job function within every organization and industry is vulnerable to some manner of digital disruption. Data and technology are at the core of digital transformation, but these factors alone are not sufficient to make the leap toward remaining relevant—they are also about people and their capabilities. There’s no question that competing in a digital-centric world requires different skill sets. As a leader, you need to find the right balance of skills to maintain your core business operations while also innovating for the future. This includes future-proofing your own skills as a leader in the digital age. Drawing from a mix of tools and frameworks from data science, IT management, and marketing, participants will learn from top thought leaders in digital transformation. Live teaching sessions and moderated discussion boards give you the opportunity to ask questions, interact directly with faculty and peers, and accelerate your learning beyond the typical online learning experience. How do you successfully pass the technical interviews for Flatiron and Hack Reactor (Software Engineering and Cyber Analytics) ?

Created 2 years ago

Good question. They are very different so I would recommend doing prep courses for both to try it out. However, then decide which specialty you're most interested in and go for those technical interviews. In preparation, definitely complete the prep course. The next steps for you should be to ask the admissions officer about the type of questions that are going to be on the technical interviews. What resources do they recommend you review to get accepted? What they think will...
