Section 3: Candidates - How to Work with Candidates Section 4: Self-Development - How to Advance Your Career What You’ll Earn: Students who complete and pass their coursework will be prepared for an entry-level position in the Recruiting field in the following, but not limited to roles: – Associate Recruiter – Jr Recruiter – Candidate Attraction Specialist – Talent Specialist – Campus Recruiter – Recruiting Specialist – Sourcer – Recruiting Coordinator Additionally, students will have the option to take their final certification through AA-ISP Certified Recruiter Sales Professional (CRSP).
