Received practical tools to use in the daily challenges that I face as an executive in a startup environment.

Pros

- High level and practical tools on how to view an organization through a strategy, cultural and political lens. - Good case-studies that one can deduce practical actions - great simulation in the end of the course

Cons

Unfortunately, there were no participants from my industry that I could network with.

I loved this 10-week program. In every weekly module, Professor Jared Curhan was giving short video lectures covering essential theories in the field of negotiation and influence. Everything I mentioned above. The 10-week duration is necessary to learn and practice. I wouldn't trade it for a shorter course.

Cons

Not a real con but worth mentioning: every week you need to use the registration template to join a team for the weekly, live, negotiation game. You have from Thursday to Monday to complete the game (less than a week). You need to be...See more
