I graduated from the OCA in 2019, before attending I was going through the cyber security plan at Northwest Vista college. I am so happy I left that, the OCA taught me everything I needed to know in just 3 months. It seems like a very short period of time, and yes you’re correct, but they are straight to the point. It’s basically a full time job. It’s 8-5 Mon-Friday for 13 weeks.

Over all I learned a lot for OCA and it helped prepare someone like me who had no knowledge of IT a peak in the window as well as a learning environment. It’s easy to say post program you could’ve learned things on your own but the resources and style the classes had surely made things easier.

Pros

Learned a lot fast, and was put in a position to get jobs

Cons

To much information at once and not ebeough time and not much help post program with job searching
