I attended Fullstack Academy's web development fellowship program and absolutely love the whole learning experience and the community. People in my cohort had all different kinds of cultural and professional backgrounds so working as a team was such an eye-opening experience and I enjoyed it very much! The instructors are amazing not only for their technical knowledge but also for their constant effort to support us through the course since the curriculum was really intense and high-paced so...

Cons

Even though it was remote, my cohort was "New York-based" so we operated on Eastern Time and most of the instructors were from the East coast. I was told that the New York cohorts are unique because they use a different instructor for each of the 4 units. Other cohorts apparently usually have 2 co-instructors that switch off and each teaches 2...
Pros
* In-demand skills, especially React and Ruby/Ruby on Rails * Very knowledgeable and helpful instructional staff * Job support both during and after graduation
Cons
* Very fast-paced, get used to only learning surface-level concepts of each language * There is typically only one homework hours TA. Mine was awesome, but there were often 10-15 people who needed help and only one person to answer...
