Per Scholas is an amazing non-profit organization that offers FREE IT courses for individuals looking to break into the IT field. There are various courses ranging from Network (IT) Support, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, etc offered based on location throughout the US. It might sound like a gimmick cause it's almost too good to be true, but just go check out their site at https://perscholas.org/.

Zero Tolerance - not actually a Con as it sets the tone for how serious one should take the program. In the initial 1-2 weeks if you are late by even 1 minute - you are effectively dismissed from the program.
