Flatiron - Immersive DS Program

Created 4 days ago
I attended the DC campus' Fellowship (fully paid for) Immersive DS Program - the curriculum was great with very knowledgeable Instructors and Coaches who are extremely approachable, friendly and helpful. They are there for you every step of the way, and my cohort was small with only 8 people in the end, but we all got along amazingly. Brilliant and fun people all around. The facility at the WeWork was clean and a great environment to get work done - both independently and collaboratively -...
Awesome people who are incredibly smart and fun.
It is an intensive program where a lot of information is crammed into 4 months, and you get to only barely scratch the surface on some topics - but again, that's unavoidable.

Fantastic program

Created 4 days ago
Took the HR immersive having known one strongly typed language prior but no JS experience. The curriculum did an amazing job of dropping you right into a code base and having you figure out what needed to be done to find solutions which I though accurately mimicked real world experience. The teachers and support staff were top notch and cared greatly about student advancement and, ultimately, job success.
- great teachers/staff - real world prep curriculum - great job hunting support system - great alumni community
- expensive, but I believe they offer a job offer percentage now.
