This course is designed to help participants gain a broad understanding of the Salesforce platform, for ideally starting down the path of becoming a Salesforce Administrator or consulting on the Salesforce platform. Participants in this course will be introduced to the essential features and functionality for configuring and maintaining an instance of Salesforce as well as deploying changes to users. Participants will leave the course with an expertise of introductory Salesforce platform knowledge and a deep sense of what to expect when taking the Salesforce Certified Administrator Exam and Platform App Builder Exam. The Tough Skills Pass entitles you to a seat in 4 Tough Skills sessions, all of which are offered monthly. Managing Relationships If you think implementing Salesforce is complex, try having a productive conversation with an upset person with no plan and no techniques for getting the conversation on track. Yikes. The relationships we foster with our customers and teammates are at the core of what we do, so it’s important to practice some of the skills that will lead to better conversations, less hurt feelings, and more productive meetings.
