Tradecraft is so much more than a "design bootcamp". It is a hands-on, time-intensive, real-world apprenticeship that puts you through the ringer, if you want it to. Tradecraft is certainly not a "one size fits all" program. Some people go through the program at their own pace, which is totally fine if you're not strapped to find a job.
