I can't speak highly enough of the Treehouse Tech-degree program. If you enjoy learning online, which I really did, then this program is for you. It costs much much less than other programs out there and you aren't forking over a percentage of your salary once you get hired.
Some Pros are: - Only $200 a month and the course takes you about 4-5 months to complete - The projects are real world and really challenge you - The instructors teach things in a way that helps you to really understand the subject...
Some cons are: - You don't get hands on help with finding a job. While they do have a course you can take on getting a job, you will need to do most of the work yourself. - The apprenticeship program is not available everywhere and to all...

Treehouse was a great experience for me. The curriculum was put together very well. The instructors are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The material is easy to follow and the tracks they offer will help you become a developer in no time! I started with absolutely no knowledge of how to code, and learned how to become a Full Stack Developer!
Easy to follow material Great instructors Massive library
None really! Could be considered pricey, but compared to other options it's a great deal.

I was looking for a site where I could learn code remotely, without breaking the bank account. I work full time and this was important to me. Treehouse happened to fit those parameters, and if life got too busy or classes became too expensive, I could pause it, change my subscription, and keep going. I love the...
Peer code review, Slack support channel with Tech Degree, challenging projects for beginners, cheaper end of coding boot camps, short and easily digestible lessons.
