What It Is: Ability to manually set goals and add action items from your home screen while having a handy AI assistant give you suggestions to refine your inputs.
How to Use: Start by adding a measurable and specific goal.
- Use the AI suggestions feature to refine your goal and set a due date to keep you accountable.
- Continue by adding action items that you know you need to do to accomplish your goal.
- Use AI coach suggestions to refine your action items and write concrete action items with specific outcomes.
- If you don’t know what action to take to achieve your goal, use Suggested Actions, where your AI coach suggests potential actions to help you achieve your goal.
Of course, start working on your action items, and when in doubt, ask your AI coach for help or schedule a 1:1 coaching session if you are looking for a human touch.
Admin Onboarding and Dashboarding:
What It Is: A way for employers to access our platform, review how their employees are doing, and gain valuable insights.
