2. Meet Eligibility Requirements
   
   • Be at least 18 years old
     
   • Be fluent in English
     
   • Be eligible to work in the United States or Canada
     
   • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience in some cases)
     
3. Complete the Program On Time
   
   • Finish all coursework and projects within the recommended timeframe (usually 6–9 months).
     
   • Attend required career coaching calls and complete all career curriculum units included in the program. In all, this is approximately one call per month.
     
4. Fulfill Job-Search Activities
   After graduation, Springboard alumni have a 6–12-month job search period to secure a role. You will receive daily emails for up to a week after course completion. These emails are designed to prepare you for your post-completion job search. Be sure to read each email in full and complete action items. During the job search period, you must also*:
   • Apply to a specified number of qualifying jobs every week as covered by the Program Terms
   • Make a specified number of new contacts in your program-related field every week
   • Meet with your career coach regularly at the recommended cadence and adhere to the Career Call Policy
   • Complete a specified number of informational interviews every month – starting from the day of completion – with professionals in roles within your course of study. Actual interviews or conversations with recruiters do not count
   • Engage in skill development as specified by the program terms of your coach
   • Always follow coach’s advice and complete any assigned action items

5. Receive a Full Refund (If No Job Is Secured)
   If you’ve met all obligations and still don’t land a qualifying full-time, part-time, or contract role in your field within the guarantee window, Springboard will refund your tuition in full. In order for a job offer to fulfill Program Requirements, it must be:

• A paid, full-time (30 hours or more per week) contractor, intern, or other compensated position with a duration of 3 months or longer. 
• A paid contractor or intern that has the potential to be extended or converted to a full-time role would also be a qualifying offer. 
• If you’re on Deferred Tuition, your salary must meet the specified salary threshold.  
• If you receive a qualifying job offer, your Program Eligibility will be fulfilled and you would no longer be eligible for a course refund. However, if you decide to turn down the offer, Springboard is still available to support you! Your access to Springboard’s Career Services will not change, and their team will continue to support you for the remainder of your job search period to help you secure a job offer that better meets your goals.
