As last reported by Springboard in December 2023, their graduates (those who provide pre and post-salary data) achieved an average salary increase of $23,333.
That’s why Springboard’s Money-Back Guarantee stands out as it promotes a full tuition refund if you complete all requirements but don’t land a job within the set period.
This guarantee isn’t just marketing—it’s Springboard’s way of backing up its view that motivated students can get hired in high-growth fields like data science, UX/UI design, cybersecurity, and software engineering.
What Is the Springboard Money-Back Guarantee?
If you graduate and complete the required job-search steps but fail to land a qualifying job within the guarantee window (usually 6–12 months), Springboard refunds 100% of your tuition.
In other words, it’s an insurance policy — if Springboard’s process doesn’t work for you, you don’t pay.

- Receive a Full Refund (If No Job Is Secured)
If you’ve met all obligations and still don’t land a qualifying full-time, part-time, or contract role in your field within the guarantee window, Springboard will refund your tuition in full. In order for a job offer to fulfill Program Requirements, it must be:
- A paid, full-time (30 hours or more per week) contractor, intern, or other compensated position with a duration of 3 months or longer.
- A paid contractor or intern that has the potential to be extended or converted to a full-time role would also be a qualifying offer.
- If you’re on Deferred Tuition, your salary must meet the specified salary threshold.
- If you receive a qualifying job offer, your Program Eligibility will be fulfilled and you would no longer be eligible for a course refund. However, if you decide to turn down the offer, Springboard is still available to support you!
